12/14（日）のVtES、第１戦 （設定）

VtES

公式設定の話を少ししようと思うので、以下ネタバレ注意。

Gangrel

Gangrel はVtM では最初Camarilla に属していますが、ストーリー（メタプロット）により脱退します。
VtES ではそれを忠実に反映していて、Camarilla Clan からIndependent Clan へ変わっています。個人ではCamarilla に残っている人もいますが、これも原作通り。


それで、VtES では最初（Jyhad／無印版） からある７つのClan(s) （プラス、Caitiff）の一つなのですが、CE には入っておらず、勿論構築済みもありません。
代わりに、Anarch セットのメインです。構築済みもAnarch。（と言うか、Gangrel の構築済みはこれ１つのみ。）
しかし、KoT ではまた基本セットに入れて貰えました。しかし構築済みはありません。


と言うことで、
Group 1：　Camarilla　＝15枚、　Independent　＝ 0枚。
Group 2：　Camarilla　＝10枚、　Independent　＝ 0枚。
Group 3：　Camarilla　＝ 4枚、　Independent　＝19枚。
Group 4：　Camarilla　＝ 5枚、　Independent　＝ 9枚。
Group 5：　Camarilla　＝ 3枚、　Independent　＝10枚。


Stanislava

元ネタないと思います。


Inner Circle。VtES では唯一のGangrel Inner Circle となってしまいました。


Karsh

確か、Children of the Inquisition。
その後、シナリオやメタプロットでは見かけない気がするのですが...


Warlord of the Camarilla なので、当然Camarilla。
VtES のMerge バージョンでは、Diablerie を免罪されているようです。
（絶対では無いので、設定的には「Camarilla の敵に限る」 とか条件が付いているのでしょうか。）


Jalan-Aajav と同一人物であるとか、二人はDual Form で分裂した、とか言う説があるようです。

Ritual of the Bitter Rose

Awakening: Diablerie Mexico と言うろくでもないシナリオに載っている、ろくでもないThaumaturgy Ritual。
（何かのサプリに再録されていたと思いますが。）


Diablerie シリーズ（と言っても２冊しか出ませんでしたが） とは、「Vampire: the Masquerade でダンジョンをやろう」 と言うシナリオ。
背景設定はありますが、要は「ダンジョンに眠っているメトセラを喰いに行こう」 と言うプロット。（阻止しに行くのでも良いのでしょうけど。）


それで、Ritual of the Bitter Rose とは、Diablerie の恩恵を集団で受ける為の儀式。

デッキ

つまり、Camarilla の敵を倒す、と言う名目でVampire たちを狩り、禁断の儀式を使ってDiablerie しているGangrel たち、と言うことになりますか。

Disciplines: ANI CEL FOR POT PRO
Camarilla: Karsh may enter combat with a tapped non-Camarilla vampire controlled by another Methuselah as a (D) action. Once each round, he can burn 1 blood to treat aggravated damage as normal damage for the current round.

Clan: Gangrel (group 3)
Capacity: 10
Disciplines: ANI CEL FOR POT PRO
Camarilla: Karsh may play a Blood Hunt card from your hand or ash heap as a prince. He gets 3 additional votes in the blood hunt referendums. He cannot block infernal vampires.[MERGED] Imperator (3 votes): +1 intercept.

Imperator はたぶんVtES オリジナルの称号。Warlord of the Camarilla に相当？
VtES のストーリーラインを読めば書いてあるのでしょうか。


Jalan-Aajav


Clan: Gangrel antitribu (group 3)
Capacity: 9
Disciplines: CEL FOR POT PRO ani
Sabbat. Black Hand Seraph: Once each round, Jalan may burn 1 blood to treat aggravated damage as normal. He gets 1 optional press each combat.


Rarity: BH:U2

デッキに入っていないでしょう。


Ritual of the Bitter Rose


Type: Action Modifier/Combat

Each ready vampire you control gains an amount of blood from the blood bank equal to the amount of blood on a vampire being burned either by diablerie or while in combat with this vampire.


Rarity: Jyhad:R2 VTES:R CE:R

Thaumaturgy は必要ないのですね。



鮎方さん

Mata Hari

実在人物ネタ。


Clanbook に載っていますが、ストーリーには出て来ない気がします。
それで、Clanbook ですが、複数のClanbook に載っています（Assamites とRavnos でしたっけ？）。


原作では、Red List には入っていなかったと思います。しかし、リストに入っても違和感の無い人ではありますね。


Tumnimos

ロマの言葉で結婚だか婚約だか。（正しいかは知りません。）


Ravnos の用語では、抱擁（Embrace） のこと。


Week of Nightmares

今回は出ませんでしたが、デッキには入っているようです。


言わずと知れた、Ravnos Antedilluvian が覚醒し、そして滅んだ事件。

デッキ

Mata Hari 率いるRavnos たちが抱擁により数を増やし、犯罪などの反社会的行動（Bleed）をする。つまり普通のRavnos ですね。


それで、彼女らは意図しているのかしていないのかわかりませんが、メトセラ（鮎方さん） の目的は、Ravnos Antedilluvian を目覚めさせること、と言うことでしょうか。

Independent. Red List: Mata Hari has 2 votes (titled). You and she may play cards that require a sect and/or clan as if she were of that required sect and/or clan.

Clanbook のネタを反映し、あらゆるSect/Clan の振りができます。


Tumnimos


Type: Action
Requires: non-sterile,capacity above 4 Ravnos
Cost: 2 blood
Requires a ready non-Sterile Ravnos with a capacity above 4. +1 stealth action.
Put this card in play; it becomes a 2-capacity Ravnos with one level of Chimerstry [chi]. You may move a master: Discipline card from your hand to this vampire (pay cost as normal). This vampire is not considered unique, must hunt this turn and is the same sect as the acting Ravnos.

Week of Nightmares


Type: Master
Requires: Ravnos
Master.
Put this card in play with 10 nightmare counters. Ravnos get +1 bleed and +1 strength and do not hunt as normal. A Ravnos may steal a blood from another Ravnos as a +1 stealth hunt action. During each Methuselah's untap phase, he or she may move a nightmare counter from this card to a Ravnos. If this card has no counters, each Ravnos burns a blood for each nightmare counter or is burned, then burn this card and the counters. Only one Week of Nightmares may be played in a game.


Rarity: FN:R LotN:PR

かなり古いカードなので仕方が無いのですが、Gehenna Event カードであるべきでしょう。



BogusMagus

Red List

Ravnos のRed List ハンターと言うのは、World of Darkness 的には考えにくいですが、VtES ではRed List とCamarilla は切り離されています。つまり、吸血鬼社会全体の敵、と言うことでしょうか。


ちなみに、Alastor と言うカードもありますが、Red List とは無関係です。


Hazimel

Clan Novel シリーズに（も？） 出てくる人。
正確には本人は出てこなかったような気もしますが、Eye of Hazimel がシリーズで大きな役割を果たします。


特にClan Novel: Gangrel。
Gangrel がCamarilla を脱退する原因となりました。
なので、Camarilla Gangrel に狩られてもおかしくないですね。


確か、Eye of Hazimel に乗っ取られたVampire （Toreador だったか？）が暴れて、それを止めるためにGangrel Justicar のXaviar がGangrel の集団を招集して強襲します。
それでHazimel モドキを倒すことには成功したのですが、Gangrel 側にも多大な損失が出ました。
Xaviar は、こんなのが本当にいるのであれば、内部権力闘争なんかしている場合ではない、とInner Circle に直訴したのですが聞き入れられず、Camarilla 脱退を決めました。

休眠している（？）本体を見つけるのはとても難しい、と言う設定を反映しています。

Independent: During your untap phase, if any other Methuselah controls a Gehenna card, put a founder counter on Gwen. If she has at least 4 founder counters, she has [ANI][AUS][CHI][FOR], +1 bleed, and she gains 1 capacity.
