Storyline: Eden’s Legacy

Eden's Legacy is a constructed, clan-based, Storyline Tournament.

以下の指示を除き、このトーナメントはスタンダード・コンストラクテッド・トーナメント・フォーマット及び現行のV:EKNルールに準拠する。

    • CryptのVampire(s)の75%以上は１つのClan(もしくはImbued)に属していなければならない。
    • 禁止カードは、スタンダードV:EKNコンストラクテッド・トーナメントに準じ、それ以外には無い。(訳注: つまり、通常のトーナメント・ルールと同じ。)
    • このストーリーライン・イベントでは、Laibonは他のSect(s)より一歩先んじている。

Influence PhaseにLaibon Vampire(s)を１枚以上Ready Regionへ出したMethuselahは、Discard PhaseにLibraryから好きなカードを１枚探し、プレイヤー全員に公開した後に手札に加えることができる(その後デッキをシャッフルすること。)。

    • 〔Codex of the Edenic Groundskeepers〕

各プレイヤーは、Promoカード〔Codex of the Edenic Groundskeepers〕を１枚受け取る。このカードはこのStoryline EventでLegal(使用可能)である。
各gameの開始時に、テーブルの中央に〔Codex of the Edenic Groundskeepers〕が、uncontrolled状態で置かれる。このカードがuncontrolledであるならば、any MinionはこのカードをEquip(0-stealth undirected action)することができる。〔Codex of the Edenic Groundskeepers〕のこのcenter copy は、Burnされるとremoved from the gameとなる。
このStoryline Eventの間、〔Codex of the Edenic Groundskeepers〕をEquipする際のCostは無い。

Unique equipment.
This minion gets –2 stealth when bleeding. This minion may bleed as (D) action that costs 1 blood; this action gets +3 bleed if the target Methuselah doesn’t control a ready untapped minion.

    • Motivation

Methuselahたちが、Royal Order of the Edenic Groundskeepersの研究成果を入手ないし破壊したい理由は様々である。彼らの動機(Motivation)は、秘密(secrecy)、知識(knowledge)、ジハード(the Jyhad)、またはゲヘナ(Gehenna)そのものである。

このStoryline Eventの開始時に、各Methuselahは自分の動機や戦い方を表すMotivation cardを１枚選んでも良い。各試合、Motivation card(s)はin playでgameは始まる。
MethuselahがOustされた際、そのPredatorはOustされたMethuselahのMotivation card(s)のcontrolを得る(そのgameの間のみ)。

Motivationカードはこのevent限定であり、このevent以外では使用不可(not legal)である。

秘密を守るMethuselahは、古きものたち(ancients)の墓を荒らせば必ず災厄が起きると知っている。このMethuselahは、間違った者の手に渡る前に研究結果を破壊しようと努める。

Jyhadを行く抜く為には、Methuselahは彼らに隙がある時こそ安全である、と理解しなければならない。彼らの古き敵たちが姿を見せた時、速やかに確実な攻撃を与えられるようにしなければならない。Jyhadを動機とするMethuselahは、地図の重要性を確信しており手に入れようとする。

知識を動機とするMethuselahは、Royal Order of Edenic Groundskeepersが収集した貴重な知識に惹きつけられ、手に入れようとする。敵(彼らの名、彼らの秘密のhavens、彼らの弱点) を知ることは、彼らの優位に立つことを意味するからだ。

  • Reporting (レポート)

イベント・レポートでは、優勝したClanと、優勝したMethuselahの選んだMotivationを報告すべきである。これらの結果は集計され、今後のストーリーラインやstoryline rewardsに影響を与える。
優勝したプレイヤーはまた、Key Minionを１枚選ぶことを奨励される。そのKey Minionは、デッキに入っていたMinionで、そのMethuselahの勝利に重要な一役を果たしたものであるべきである。複数のイベントで活躍したVampire(s)/Minion(s)は、その活躍を事後のストーリー(Aftermath)に記され、今後のStoryline Reward(s)の候補となるかも知れない。
トーナメント・オルガナイザーは、イベントでのその他の興味深い詳細をレポートに記すことを勧められる。
