"cards at (one's) command"

4/4 にも書いた通り、Kingsroad (Cycle) での追加ルール（？）は１つだけです。

"cards at your command"

This phrase refers to the total number of cards that a player has in his hand, in play, and in shadows.

"cards at your command"（アット・コマンド）

「自由になるカード」とでも訳しますか。
それとも「コマンド下にあるカード」の方がわかり易いですかね。

兎に角、
「hand（手札）
＋in play（場のカード）
＋in shadows（シャドウズ／影*1の中のカード」
の枚数のことを指します。

それが何なの？　と言うと、それ自体には特に意味（効果や修正）はありません。

カード・テキストで、「"cards at (one's) command" を比べて、一番少ない（多い）プレイヤーが対象」と言うような能力があります。

*1:日本語としては、"暗がり"とかにした方が正しいのでしょうが、それだとわかり難いと思うので。
