The Banners Gather （集う旗）、と言うことで、旗主と戦争がテーマのようです。

Bannerman (Trait) を持つCharacter(s) は、６枚（各House に１枚）。
しかし、Banner Attachment 関連のカードは０枚です。このギミックは完全に見捨てられたようです。
新しいBannerman Character(s) は、全く別のギミックを持っています。
６枚全て、
"Discard a card from your hand to 〜"
と言う能力を持っています。これらの能力は全て、自分のコントロールしているBannerman (Trait) Character(s) の枚数に依存します。
つまり、A Clash of Arms (Cycle) のBannerman は、Attachment になってしまうとカウントされません。

A Clash of Arms (Cycle) のサポート

と言う面では、非常に弱いです。

Kingsroad (Cycle) のパックとして

Kingsroad (Cycle) は、各Pack で別のCycle のサポートをする為、 (Cycle) 自体のシナジーは比較的弱いです。

"cards at (one's) command" に関しては、２枚のカードはどちらもそれ自体は使い道がありますが、思ったより少ない枚数ですね。実はこれ以降のChapter Pack(s) でもそれほど枚数が増えません。

Bannerman (Trait) に関しては、A Clash of Arms (Cycle) のものとのシナジーが弱い為、The Banners Gather (Chapter Pack) の時点では使い難いと思います（Martell はA Clash of Arms (Cycle) 以降に２枚出ているので楽そうですが。）。しかし、これ以降のChapter Pack(s) でBannerman が追加されて行きます。Kingsroad のCycle のギミックと言えそうです。
