しかし、公式の解説記事なのに、ルール（の記述）を間違えているようです。
AGoT cards で話題に上っていて知りました。

Valar Morghulis and Recovering from Disaster

Even when characters can be killed and Valar Morghulis targets them, before they actually die, they enter a “moribund” state from which it’s still possible to save them by discarding a duplicate, an attachment like Bodyguard (Core Set, 150), or a location like The Iron Mines (Kings of the Sea, 27).

save/cancel はmoribund の前です。つまり、save されなかった場合に、moribund になります。
moribund （"瀕死"）とは、死亡（等）確定状態で、moribund になってしまった後では、save できないのは勿論、"行き先" を変更することもできません。
